Vegan Essentials for the Beginner

Is it Dairy?   Dairy used to be such a big deal to me. I could not go a day without milk, ghee, and yogurt. Cheese is a whole other weakness that requires a dedicated post. So when I decided to go vegan, the products had to be seriously good. If they were not better than the real deal, I wasn't prepared to sign on. I didn't want to be a vegan that regretted every meal I ate and essentially, be unhappy for the rest of my life. There were some products that just made that switch worth it.  Vegan Essentials for the Beginner 1. Chobani Zero Sugar Plain Oatmilk  If you're on the fence with plant-based milk, look no further. Oatmilk is the closest (can I say better?) alternative to dairy milk. I use the Zero Sugar Plain Oatmilk from Chobani. I will never recommend Planet Oat to anyone. The Day Has Arrived I knew this day was coming. I knew that one day the child I have was going to ask questions to which I do not have the answers. That day happened sooner than I would have imagined.  When Kids Make You Think My 4-year-old daughter and I were watching a YouTube video together. There is a scene of a child eating chicken for dinner. My daughter laughs and says "That's silly". I paused the video and asked her what was funny about that. And she explains that the child in the video was pretending to eat chicken. In her mind, it wasn't even a possibility.  Where Does Milk Come From?
